What Is Tracleer?
Tracleer (bosentan) is prescribed for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension and several other chronic diseases. Pre-testing is required because of the risk of fetal damage and liver damage.
Tracleer comes in the form of film-coated dispersible tablets to be dissolved in a minimal amount of water and taken orally twice daily.

How Does Tracleer Work?
PAH appears to be caused by increased levels of a substance called endothelin-1, which is secreted by the single layer of endothelial cells lining all blood vessels. Tracleer blocks the action of endothelin-1, lowering blood pressure in the lungs and slowing the progression of PAH.
How to Get Tracleer Prescription Assistance
