Q: Who is this program intended for?

A: This program is intended for all Americans who have been prescribed medications they simply cannot afford.

Q: How much is the cost?

A: There is a monthly membership fee varies depending on the amount of medication(s) and the type of program you choose.  In many situations, we will help you save money compared to the cost of you purchasing your medication on your own.

Q: Is there a limit to how many medications you will help me with?

A: No, we can help you with as many prescribed medicines that are available in our formulary.

Q: How will I get my medications?

The shipment method of your medication varies based on the medication and whether or not you have health insurance.  Your medicine will either come directly to your home, to your doctor’s office or you will pick it up from your local pharmacy.

Q: Can I benefit from this program if I have a Medicare Part D plan?

A: Yes. Many of our existing Members have a Medicare Part D plan and we help them with their co-pay.

Q: What if I have prescription insurance and still cannot afford my medication?

A: If your insurance company has denied paying for your prescriptions or you have a high copay or coinsurance responsibility, Simplefill can help! Call us at 1-877-386-0206 ext 1.

A: We have a dedicated team that carefully manages your medication, ensuring your refills are scheduled with the pharmaceutical company, so you never run out.

Q: What if I have a change in my medication?
