You may cancel at any time!
No strings attached. Simply call us at 1-877-386-0206 and ask to cancel. We appreciate feedback so please let us know how we are doing.
Refund policy?
If you enroll and are denied or even just change your mind before your first shipment is on its way, we will refund your payment except for a $10.00 processing fee.
If you are not approved into the pharmaceutical programs you are refunded all but a $10.00 processing fee.
Please note that we do not enroll our patients into the program unless we feel they have a 99% chance of getting approved.
If you are a Medicare patient and we enroll you in Extra Help / LIS and you get approved, we will notify you and cancel you out of our program. You will not be eligible for a refund.
IMPORTANT: Do not attempt to cancel by revoking charges to your account as you will be held responsible for fees we incur and your service fees. If you need to cancel, simply call us!
