Q: Who is this program intended for?
A: This program is intended for all Americans who have been prescribed medications they simply cannot afford.
Q: How do I apply for this prescription assistance program?
A: There is no fee to apply. You can start an application online by CLICKING HERE or you can speak to a real live person! Call 1-877-386-0206 and a Simplefill representative can start an application over the phone. Please note our offices are open Monday-Friday 10:00-7:00 EDT.
Q: Is there a fee?
A: IF the patient is approved and we know our service will be a cost saving solution, then we will enroll the patient into our program. We will assist the patient in getting their medication(s) at no cost to them. The patient will be charged a small monthly fee for us to enroll them into the available programs, ensure their refills are processed regularly, and maintain their eligibility in the programs. This fee covers 100% of the cost of the medications. There are no hidden fees.
We research all available options for our patients. Often times, the patients are not eligible for assistance based on the manufacturer’s guidelines. When this is the case, we apply for grant funding on behalf of the patient. The patient will be responsible for 9 monthly payments of $45 and will receive a minimum of $2000.00 to be used towards the cost of the medications for their specific illness.
Q: Is there a limit to how many medications you will help me with?
A: No! We can help you with as many prescribed medicines that are available in our formulary.
Q: What if I only need help paying for my prescriptions temporarily?
A: We certainly understand special circumstances that may cause you to need assistance on a temporary basis, such as unemployment, and we are more than happy to assist you during your time of need. Our program is a month to month program and you can cancel at any time by simply calling us at 1-877-386-0206 and selecting option #4. There are no contracts!
Q: How will I get my medications?
The shipment method of your medication varies based on the medication and whether or not you have health insurance. Your medicine will either come directly to your home, to your doctor’s office or you will pick it up from your local pharmacy.
Q: Can I benefit from this program if I am enrolled in a Medicare Part D plan?
A: Yes. Many of our patients come to us who are on Medicare and have a Part D plan, however they are unable to afford their copays or find themselves in the coverage gap of their prescription plan, commonly referred to as the “Donut Hole”.
Q: What if I have prescription insurance and still cannot afford my medication?

Q: How are refills handled?
A: We want to make this simple! We have a hard working Refill Team and their main concern is the seamless shipment of our members medications. Our Refill Team will work with the patient, their prescriber and the pharmaceutical companies to remedy any issues so there is no disruption to the patient’s shipment of medications.
Q: What if I have a change in my medication?
