Tennessee’s Medicaid program is called TennCare, which delivers services through a managed care model to Tennessee residents who meet all eligibility requirements.

Some government-funded plans carry no premium but may require a small co-pay (rarely more than a few dollars). Others require a small monthly premium but little or no co-pay for prescriptions.
